Clerical Assistant/Receptionist

Salary: SCP 4-6 full time equivalent £24,404-£25,183, Pro Rata: £20,670 – £21,330
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 2 days
Pattern of Work: Monday – Friday 08:00am – 4:00pm (one day a week until 3.30pm -to be agreed at interview)
Start date: 23 June or as soon as possible after

Westbourne Primary is a large and popular school with just over 400 pupils situated in the heart of Manningham in Bradford. The school is part of The Priestley Academy Trust, a collection of six schools in Bradford who work together in the best interests of the children.
Westbourne Primary School is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive member of our office team to be the first point of contact for our school. We are looking for someone who:

·         Is an excellent and creative team player with strong interpersonal skills

·         A calm, courteous and professional manner with a strong sense of confidentiality.

·         Holds an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience have a minimum of GCSE in English and mathematics or equivalent

·         Have the ability to work to strict deadlines by being well organised and able to act on their own initiative

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
